To all of my friends struggling today:

You are important even when you feel ostracized.

You are courageous even when you feel overwhelmed with

fear.

You are resilient even when you feel broken.

You are magnetic even when you feel repulsive.

You are vivacious even when you feel stuck.

You are found even when you feel lost.

We are so much more than what our mind tells us we are.
